Introduction

The demand for our pharmaceutical testing has grown over the years and the laboratories dealing with these types of samples are now sited in a purpose built, dedicated facility in Ely , opened in 2002.

At this site we have the laboratory testing and storage capabilities equipped to the demanding standards that prevail in the pharmaceutical industry sector.

Chemical , physical and microbiological testing facilities are available for routine monitoring of the product quality. Samples can be delivered as required or our on-site walk in storage stability rooms can be used. We test purified waters and also undertake method development and validation.

Many of the tests undertaken are UKAS accredited (Testing Laboratory No 1282 Group, click here to see Schedule).

Analytical data are securely held in both raw and processed forms to meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical sector. Reports are delivered in paper or electronic formats to comply with clients’ needs and are backed up by telephone or email support, where further discussions are required.

We are regularly inspected by the UK MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency), formerly the MCA - Medicines Control Agency).
